Granted, February 19th is pretty recent. Today is only June 29th. The point I am trying to make is that the best advice available has often withstood the test of time the longest. The "stuff" of Dale Carnegie and David Ogilvy (well...most of it, anyway) are generally considered good business examples of timeless advice.

In social media which is ever evolving, it is a tall order to expect that anything written down on paper or committed to a hard drive will survive for very long. Most of ths stuff written about human nature in social media has a greater shelf life than almost anything written about the technology of social media. People (human nature) don't change all that much, but technology wakes up - every day - with a brand new face.

Thanks for reminding us that good stuff is good stuff - yesterday and tomorrow.

Re: Understanding Online Advertising – Search Marketing

These definitions will come in very handy, the SEO gurus flaunt these in other people's faces all the time and there's nobody to ask CPM, CPA or CPC mean. You should make a blog post about alternative means to monetize your blog. I got this idea from easy saver program, that almost any self respecting blog can sell hosted pages for SEO or can become a network affiliate.

Re: Understanding the Difference between a Tax Accountant and Tax Preparer

If you are applying for a job as an accountant you should know the difference between a Tax Accountant and Tax Preparer well they may seem to be similar but once you had learn more about them you'll see the difference

Re: 10 Great Project Management Applications

A very interesting list of applications! GA are also great to use to clue you in on your key customers and their successes and activities (learn when to congratulate them, etc) and the same with prospects. Very useful indeed though they aren't 100% complete. If you are a blogger, or involved in any social media they are a must in order to help catch any mentions of you and your content so you can thank people and reciprocate...an essential part of being "in the community."

Re: Using Google Alerts To Work For Your Small Business

Google alerts are great for small businesses, and FREE.
